Yakimono

The Yakimono restaurant at the Hilton Tel Aviv Hotel has undergone a process of significant renewal, almost 20 years after it was first opened and is now launching itself for the second time since it was founded by the late Avi Cohen in 1998. The old restaurant at the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv has become a culinary institution. A leading and esteemed institution who has won praises, among other things, it succeeded in proving that it is possible to produce Japanese food at the highest level and still maintain kosher rules.
