Pazzo - Pizza Party

Our story begins with our love of pizza. When we started setting up the pazo we thought about how we build a place where pizza is a way of life, a place that has its own pace and atmosphere of release. With these thoughts we set off on a journey in Italy that included visits to 73 pizzerias and bars to learn and develop the perfect concept. In the journey we have learned and accumulated countless moments, experiences and tastes that go with us to this very moment. On the way back from Italy we contacted the leading oven manufacturer in Italy, whom we met by chance at a pizzeria in the city of Naples, and we flew a huge oven with a revolving stone floor that reaches a temperature of 350 degrees where our pizzas get the perfect crispiness and taste you will not forget. Since pizza is a way of life for us, and we did not want to be another pizzeria that is taken away and left, we built a place that is like home, with a fine cocktail menu that corresponds perfectly with our pizzas to complete the experience. It did work, people do not leave our place. The music in our pazo is happy, always. Because even if we had a hard day, some pizza and cocktails would remind us that our lives are good. Our vision is for today the first in Israel to provide a complete pizza experience that goes far beyond pizza. Because pizza is a way, and the way is pazo, and pazo is us.
