בית הקלייה יוניקו הוקם בשנת 2012 על ידי אסף ריפס, בעבר סמנכ”ל שיווק ומכירות באווא.
בבית הקלייה תוכלו למצוא מגוון רחב של תערובות, קפה ערביקה חד זני וזני “Specialty Coffee”.
כל הקפה אצלנו ללא יוצא מן הכלל עומד בסטנדרטים הגבוהים בעולם מבחינת פיקוח, איכות וטריות. מבחינתנו אין פשרות בקפה המוגש ללקוח.
כל בן אדם שיגיע ליוניקו יוכל לקבל סיור במקום הכולל הסברים על הקפה שלנו, על הקליות ועל כל העבודה הנוספת במקום. ואם תגיעו בזמן המתאים, תזכו אפילו לראות את קליית הקפה בפעולה.

The Unico roasting house was established in 2012 by Assaf Rips, previously VP of Marketing and Sales at Ava.
In the roasting house you can find a wide variety of blends, single variety Arabica coffee and "Specialty Coffee" varieties.
All our coffee without exception meets the highest standards in the world in terms of supervision, quality and freshness. For us, there are no compromises in the coffee served to the customer.
Every person who comes to Unico will be able to get a tour of the place that includes explanations about our coffee, the roasting and all the other work at the place. And if you arrive at the right time, you'll even get to see the coffee roasting in action.
