Timothy is an Israeli boutique cafe that is all professionalism and love for coffee, We produce the coffee in a local roasting house, from fresh and special blends and fine monoecious coffee which we import from different countries around the world: Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Brazil, Colombia and more. Timothy Coffee is part of the 'Third Wave' trend, which operates out of strict regulation to fair trade and concern for the environment, along with an emphasis on quality and taste. You can order our coffee beans (whole or ground) at home to experiment with special coffee utensils and enjoy a perfect coffee experience. You are also welcome to come and meet us in our cafe, to taste from a varied menu of dishes and breakfasts that served throughout the day
