We waited a long time with our dream. Years of searching, learning, researching and expecting, and then one day, everything became clear. The details became the picture, the dream began to become a reality. NONO & MIMI began to embroider skin and tendons. We set up NONO exactly as we dreamed: family-friendly, warm, a menu inspired by southern Italy, self-production of wine, ice cream, pastries and pasta, the best raw materials, wood-burning stoves and a spirit of generosity and love. We have waited a long time for this moment, and now we are here, getting up every morning with a smile, excited and trying our best, to provide you with the perfect experience. And MIMI is another old dream come true, in which you will find a variety of products that we all make by hand, fresh and fresh every day. While you sleep, early in the morning, the breads are baked first. Sour breads from a variety of flours and in different textures. The yeast and baked cakes will then be placed in the ovens and immediately followed by a selection of sweet and savory pastries, just in time for the morning coffee. And when you are awake, we will stop for a moment, clean the table of leftover flour, sip coffee and only then be free for tarts, a variety of confectionery desserts, sandwiches, salads, quiches, and at some of our points also special breakfast dishes directly from the wood stove.
