Since 2007, we bake breads, cakes and pastries with love and dedication, and serve all of you our produce alongside coffee, a wide variety of salads and other edibles, both in our stores and to take home. Lots of flour and water have been mixed and kneaded with us - and then also happily eaten by you - since Shanina started baking handmade breads from a small bakery in Batzron. At first there were a few breads, all made from the best ingredients according to personal recipes collected over the years. Slowly we expanded and grew and the range of our products and places expanded.
