חוויה קולינארית העוברת כחוט השני במרקם העדין של מלון דה נורמן. מסעדת אלנה עטורת הפרסים השוכנת בקומת הכניסה של המבנה המרכזי של המלון, מובילה החוצה אל מרפסת הביתן המוצלת בה מוגש התפריט היומי. גג המלון המתהדר בנוף השקיעה הינו ביתה של מסעדת "דיינינגס" – מסעדה יפנית שזכתה לשבחים בינלאומיים (ואחותה של מסעדת Dinings SW3 בלונדון). בר "הספרייה" הממוקם בקומת הכניסה מציע אווירה מושלמת לפגישות וארוחות צוהריים במהלך היום, ואף ידוע כבר קוקטיילים בערב, מהפופולאריים ביותר בתל אביב – בו מוגשות מנות מהתפריט היומי. על שפת הבריכה מוגשות מנות ממסעדת אלנה וקוקטיילים מבר הספרייה המאפשרים לאורחים ליהנות מרוגע מוחלט בשעה שאנו מספקים את כל צרכיהם, ישירות עד אליהם.

Superb culinary experience is a key thread in the fabric of The Norman. Alena restaurant is an award-winning restaurant set on the ground floor of our main building leading outside to the shaded pavilion terrace serving an all-day menu. Our 3rd floor rooftop, with a sunset view, is home to internationally acclaimed Japanese restaurant Dinings (a sister restaurant to Dinings SW3 London). The Library Bar is on the ground floor and is a perfect setting for meetings and lunch during the day and is renowned as one of Tel Aviv’s most popular cocktail bars in the evening, where food is also served from the all-day menu. By the pool, dishes from Alena’s menu and cocktails from The Library Bar are served, so guests can fully relax and have everything they need served straight to their loungers.
